15 Year Warranty
LEXTON® AMERICA INC. warrants to the original purchaser that it's product, LEXTON® Solid Surface, when fabricated and installed by a Certified LEXTON® Fabricator, shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, fabrication and installation under normal use and service for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser: This limited warranty is transferable within the 15-year period of warranty only when the new owner of your residence writes to LEXTON® AMERICA INC. (see address below) to register the limited warranty under the new owner's name. This limited warranty is transferable only to the purchaser of your residence.
LEXTON® AMERICA INC. shall repair or replace at its sole discretion, the product that is affected, free of charge to the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to LEXTON® Solid Surface which is stored, handled, fabricated and installed in a manner recommended and approved by LEXTON® AMERICA INC. This Warranty does not apply to damage or claims arising from any of the following:
1. Accidents, abuse or misuse
2. Exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals
3. Improper maintenance including improper grout or caulk
4. Normal wear and tear, color or particle variations
5. Alteration or repair by anyone other than a Certified LEXTON® Solid Surface Fabricator
LEXTON® AMERICA INC. obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement, including necessary reasonable labor charges, of the LEXTON® Solid Surface Product purchased hereunder. No other warranty, expressed or implied is made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall LEXTON® AMERICA INC. be liable in either tort or contract for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

In order to obtain service under this limited warranty, you must permit your LEXTON® Certified Fabricator and/or LEXTON® AMERICA INC. authorized agents to inspect your LEXTON® product at your residence. Also, you must reasonably cooperate with your LEXTON® Certified Fabricator and/or LEXTON® AMERICA INC. authorized agents in the efforts to service this limited warranty.
